Geographical limitations

We use multiple couriers to ensure the best coverage and costs for the delivery of our merchandise. On a rare occasion that our couriers do not operate in your area, customers will need to contact and pay another courier to deliver their goods.

Delivery tracking

Most parcels dispatched by IcronShop are traceable through our courier’s websites. Customers will be notified of their tracking numbers when the goods are dispatched, and the status of the deliveries can be checked online through the relevant courier site.

Stock availability

We have a large inventory of Icron products available in the UK, and we take pride in providing an exceptional lead time of 2 to 3 business days after receiving orders and payment. However, if there are rare circumstances where we don't have enough stock, we'll have to follow the manufacturer's standard turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks.

According to our company policy, we should be notified in writing within 3 working days of receipt of your order if:

  • The wrong product has been dispatched
  • The goods have been damaged in transit
