We use multiple couriers to ensure the best coverage and costs for the delivery of our merchandise. On a rare occasion that our couriers do not operate in your area, customers will need to contact and pay another courier to deliver their goods.
Most parcels dispatched by IcronShop are traceable through our courier’s websites. Customers will be notified of their tracking numbers when the goods are dispatched, and the status of the deliveries can be checked online through the relevant courier site.
We hold an extensive stock of Icron products in the UK and pride ourselves in offering an outstanding lead time of 2 to 3 working days following receipt of orders and payment. If on a rare occasion, we find that we do not have enough stock available, we will then be obliged to offer the manufacturer’s standard 2 to 3-week turnaround time.
According to our company policy, we should be notified in writing within 3 working days of receipt of your order if:
- The wrong product has been dispatched
- The goods have been damaged in transit
- There are any other discrepancies
Please be aware we are a Business-to-Business (B2B) company and do not deal with individuals.
14 days (from date of invoice) Return Policy for Non-Defective Return
- All the returns are subject to approval and are at the discretion of IcronShop.com.
- A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges.
- No returns are allowed after 14 days from the invoice date.
- Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- All original boxes and packaging must be intact.
- All supplied manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- All returns MUST be authorized and have an authorization number.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Timing will vary depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
