Returns Policy

While we hope that devices you purchase from IcronShop will provide you with the ideal solution for your needs, we do understand that some times things don't go exactly to plan. Below you will find our policy on returning items to IcronShop should this occur.

14 Day (From Date of Invoice) Return Policy for Non-Defective Return

  • All the returns are subject to approval and are at the discretion of IcronShop.com.
  • A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges
  • No returns are allowed after 14 days from the invoice date.
  • All original boxes and packaging must be intact.
  • All supplied manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • All returns MUST be authorized and have an authorization number.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Timing will vary depending on your bank or card issuer's policies

Process a Return or Exchange

The return and exchange policies described here apply only to products purchased from IcronShop. For products purchased through other channels, please contact the distributor/reseller directly.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please review our terms and submit your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request here.

Only defective products purchased from IcronShop will be covered by our RMA policy
